Our Coaching Model

One of the most popular model we use to structure coaching is the GROW model outlined in Sir John Whitmore’s book “Coaching for Performance “.


• Goals –what do you want to achieve?
• Reality – what have you done so far? What has been the result?
• Options – what alternatives are available?
• Way forward – what are you going to do?


This model emphasize the idea that coaching is based on establish-ing clear goals and leads to action rather than being a “ talking shop “ to explore the feelings of the coachee with no specific outcome.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is the science of achieving a sustainable and fulfilled life, and the art of accelerating personal growth through the conscious realignment of positive beliefs and life affirming values.

Leadership coaching

Leadership Coaching is a collaborative, individualised relationship between a leader and the coach to help the leader to lead effectively and decisively. The leader could well be an executive, manager, supervisor, team leader or business owner. If you are in charge or responsible for a group of people then leadership coaching is for you.
